With the anxiety and optimism of my upcoming move, I share with y’all what a friend and mentor sent me recently when discussing the process…..

Over the last 36 months this individual underwent robotic waterjet therapy then 2 TURPs and resumed his BPH meds for persistent LUTs and hematuria. This week he underwent HoLEP to hopefully end the BPH journey. @NM_Urology @EndourologyNm

18 months post Aquablation with recurrent UTIs. I am uncertain how this individual was urinating - there was only a pinpoint opening into the bladder. 189 grams enucleated and home same day without a catheter. #AEEP, #HoLEP @NM_Urology
