@FrontierCorp has THE worst customer service. I setup a new order 03/31 scheduled to install 04/01. No advance notice, The app showed date changed to 04/7, I called they said they need to install fios cables, a few days later, date changed to 04/10 NO NOTICE or REASON WHY.

WE CANCELED THE ORDER!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS HOW INCOMPETENT FRONTIER IS. ALSO, TWICE THE REPS TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO DOWNSIZE MY PLAN FROM THE 7GB TO 5GB, WHY!?? I WANT 7GB, IF YOU'RE SAYING I CAN HAVE IT, WHY WOULD I WANT TO DOWNSIZE MY PLAN??!!

I advised them I wouldn't be avail the 10th, they changed it 04/13. 1 hr prior to arrival, I received a mssg theres a discrepancy to call Frontier. I call, NO ONE can tell me what the discrepancy is. The rep says my order shows priority but it hasn't been dispatched.
