Billonaire businessman Chief Godwin Chinedu Adimike was reportedly murdered at his Number 3 Hassan Adamu street, Guzape Abuja by his 21 year old son, who is currently a service NYSC member, on Friday May 15 2026. He was stabbed multiple times by his son after a heated argument. His son confronted him of being stingy with money, citing how some of his friends' fathers, who were not as wealthy, buy cars for their children. The deceased on the other day, accused his son of being extravagant and mismanaging funds. Following the argument, his son stabbed him thrice, and he died at the spot. It was reported that on this fate ful day, his son had returned from club with two ladies on. And he killed his father in their presence. He's currently in police custody.

A recent convo reminded me that a man burnt his children's birth certificates, all school report cards & certificates plus passports because his wife was divorcing him. Years later, the woman and her children went abroad. He was livid, saying his ex had turned kids against him.

First of all I do love everyone for who they are no matter their race + ethnicity, (I'm literally half Japanese lol). I can only speak from my experiences in my own life though, growing up as a tennis player I didn't see many people that looked like ME and I feel like it's important to celebrate them.
Secondly I feel like it's important to note that there have been all white dinners/parties. I don't know how else to tell you this, I literally seen them all the time and never had an issue with it at all. To the people who ask this question I want to ask you this question too, ‘What is it about POC getting together that unsettles you so much?’
I want to end this by saying I grew up watching my dad get discriminated against, having the cops called on him multiple times at the tennis court. There are multiple things I will apologize for in my life but celebrating being black and appreciating who we are will never be something I would consider saying sorry for. Thanks.

Then the lifestyle catches up — the mortgage on the bigger house, the kids' private school fees, the car finance, the holiday cottage in Cornwall, the partner who's also stopped earning to look after the kids. The £120K, once a luxury, has become the minimum required to keep the life running. The job becomes impossible to leave because the entire structure of your life depends on it. You stop questioning whether you actually like it. You start measuring everything against the salary you'd be giving up. The lads who 'made it' in the City, in law, in tech management are the most trapped people in the country. Their version of freedom is being able to afford to retire by 55, after 25 years of work they couldn't escape from. The lads with no salary and no fixed costs have more genuine freedom at 27. What looks like the prize from the outside is actually the bait. The salary holds you in place better than any contract could.

Road Safety stopped me this morning.
I’m usually bold whenever they stop me but this morning, I opened my trunk to find that my fire extinguisher was nowhere to be found.
These guys started screaming and saying they’d impound my car if I don’t settle them with 50k.
You could buy a house with the priceless look on their faces when I told them it was a 3k offence and that they should write the ticket. 😂
