Dropped my Rivian R1T at Safelite for a cracked windshield. Four hours later they call: ‘Good news, it’s installed! Bad news, we put in a gen 2 windshield on your gen 1. Now we gotta wait seven days for the glue to dry before we can remove it and install the right one.’ Safelite repair, Safelite replace… Safelite replace twice?
Guess I have a extra hole with no camera to add to it 😂

Well, that was a (unexpectedly) great @Tesla Q1 earnings report!
Beat on revenue, EPS, gross margins, free cash flow, net income, etc. Record new FSD subscriptions, Cortex 2 is already training, Optimus factory construction at Giga Texas has started, Cybercab production has started, Tesla Semi and Megapack 3 production is starting soon, LFP battery factory in Nevada is ramping, research chip fab construction has started construction, etc.
The company is entering a new chapter.

NASA posted an ARTEMIS II crew photograph that I think is one of the best I have seen. This is the continent of Antarctica.
The area around the continent is clear. This is the Southern Ocean that circles Antarctica. The cold air and water tend to rob the moisture in the air. No clouds.
In the middle left of the photo is the Antarctica Peninsula.
To the left of the peninsula is Tierra del Fuego. Continuing up the upper left of the photo is the Atlantic coast of South America.
The land mass in the lower right is probably New Zealand.

The Artemis II crew captured this view of an Earthset on April 6, 2026, as they flew around the Moon. The image is reminiscent of the iconic Earthrise image taken by astronaut Bill Anders 58 years earlier as the Apollo 8 crew flew around the Moon.
