At age 20 I am:
- Full of energy everyday
- In the best shape of my life
- Happier than I have ever been

I got out of my depression by focusing on my health & fitness.
During my journey I learned a lot about: Working out, nutrition, mindfulness & mindset.
Now that I can finally say that I have completely made it out of my depression, I want to share the lessons I learned along the way.
