@DrAaronNew Interesting comment. Many intelligent, Christian women have a platform, & are proclaiming the word. They’re preaching. My ministry context is to a community of immigrants who are mostly isolated because of culture/language. No one is going to them, so I do. What am I?

70% of black families do not have a father. This alone is a sufficient reason to warn your daughters against dating black men.

@dalepartridge The only reason to tell your daughters not to is because race mixing is immoral and destroys your heritage. Children should resemble their ancestry. Kind after kind.

@bartbarber Really, the only thing on that list that women could not do is preaching/teaching ministry.

@darrellm @bartbarber Correct. There was also some talk about not allowing women to serve on certain SBC committees moving forward.

@bartbarber The proponents of the amendment won’t stop with “pastors” they will next turn to the other things I mentioned. These past few years have been almost comical in the hyper focus of this issue

James Robison

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Rev. James Robison, the beloved founder of Life Outreach International. James devoted his life to sharing the Gospel and bringing hope, help, and healing to those in need around the world. Together, James and Betty stewarded a ministry that has touched countless lives and will continue impacting generations to come. Though we grieve this tremendous loss, we also celebrate a life faithfully lived in service to God and others. In the months and years ahead, we will faithfully carry on the mission James cared about so deeply — bringing food to the hungry, water to the thirsty, and mostly, the hope of Christ to a hurting world. The mission James gave his life to will continue with the same heart, compassion, and commitment that partners like you have faithfully helped make possible. In the coming days, we will share additional updates as we move forward together. For now, we ask you to join us in praying for Betty, the Robison family, and the entire Life Outreach ministry family around the world. “Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:21 LIFE Outreach International Board of Directors and Ministry Family jamesrobison.org

@DiasporaAbc @Afrikaa_Elite Most Black Americans have 75% to 82% African ancestry. The Gullah Geechee of South Carolina are on the higher end 90%-98 . The Creoles of Louisiana could have 25%-90%.

@Afrikaa_Elite LOL! And Shannon sharp is not the only one. The reality is, the MAJORITY of so-called blacks who are not biracial…in America are 85-100 African. Ad with most racist societies prefer to show the biracial/mixed population as ‘black’. - Brazil America Argentina….

@WhyAreYou_____ @Afrikaa_Elite For Black Americans, yes. I’ve inherited some Nigerian ancestry from both of my parents. I’ve only inherited European ancestry from my dad. On my mom’s side we have Indigenous ancestry. But both parents basically gave me African ancestry from the same countries, minus Mali (mom).

@Bi_SocialCancer @Afrikaa_Elite The name calling isn’t necessary. We (Black Americans) have a majority of Sub-Saharan DNA, then Europeans. Some of us (like myself) also have Indigenous ancestry and Southeast Asian (enslaved ancestors from Madagascar). And by the way…
