@InPostUK You’ve had my parcel for 10 days. 3 failed deliveries to your own locker because it was full. Then you send me an email saying it’s being returned to sender because I ran out of time to collect it! How can I collect it when you never delivered it to your own locker?

@UPS_UK waited all day for a parcel to arrive that should have been delivered today. Now saying Monday 3rd - why no Saturday morning? No explanation, no apology (please don’t insult me and attempt to apologise now) Such a poor service.

@UPS My 8 year old is expecting a VERY important parcel today. It’s due by the ‘end of today’ and we’re in Derby, UK. Any idea what time it will be here please?🙏🏼
