Just start. There is never a perfect time to take care of yourself. You don’t need a trainer, you have ChatGPT (see quick output example) You don’t need a fancy gym. A local gym, a stack of weights, a planet fitness membership will do. You don’t need hours. 20-30 minutes a day will make a difference. Build the habits. Do the work.
