This is completely unacceptable from @OPay_NG @OPaySupport . How does a financial institution allow a transaction close to ₦2 million to sit pending for over an hour without any clear explanation or urgency? I needed that money for a time-sensitive transaction, and your system has failed at a critical moment. What’s even worse is the dismissive response, being told there is “nothing that can be done” for up to 24 hours is not just frustrating, it’s outright irresponsible. It shows a shocking lack of preparedness and zero regard for customers who trust you with their money. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately and transparently, it raises serious doubts about your reliability and competence as a financial platform. Incidents like this are exactly why people lose confidence in services like yours and right now, you’re doing nothing to prove otherwise. @OPay_NG @OPaySupport
