@NotionHQ power users—I’d love to hear your thoughts! What’s the most valuable Notion feature that teams often overlook?

@NotionMolly @Notion_State We should catch up sometime soon! Basically Glide apps look more like actual apps or software compared to Notion. Glide’s really strong in automation and AI (best on the market IMO), and are great for responsive mobile and web apps. They look brilliant OOTB too.

I'm feeling called to step away from the client side of things for a while and really focus on my content and course. But my course is about having clients - so that wouldn't make much sense. Or would it? At what point is it okay to make the switch while still providing authentic value?

@NotionMolly Actually I am still very much involved in Notion through @Notion_State. It’s been an amazing year and we’ve been working on lots of cool projects. As for my agency I decided to go in the direction of automation and Glide apps. It just felt right and the growth’s been great!

What doesn't get measured, doesn't get managed. It really is as simple as that. It's hard to identify what processes take the most time, how much capacity you have, and where you have room for growth without insights into results and outputs.

I've been working on a number of cool projects lately, one of the being a PIM app in Glide. Glide is a perfect app for e-comm brands to manage product info, including marketing and sales info, assets, docs & channel-specific info. Plus, you gotta love how Glide look on mobile.

Every time you say “Yes” to something you are saying “No” to something else. All those fires you keep putting out? You are slowing down your growth. Constantly playing catch up instead of optimizing your processes? You are losing money, opportunities and great employees. Stop saying “Yes” to all the wrong things. Instead: - Solve the root cause, not the consequences - Equip your team will the tools they need to be successful - Dedicate time to high impact tasks - Simplify and automate your processes

@Eva_Zivanovic Yeah. And nobody talks about how "this famous person spent hours dedicated to his/her craft, sacrificing many important things in the process".

If I see one more “this famous person did this and now makes X amount of money” Imma stop scrolling Twitter all together. Stop trying to be someone else. That famous person made money because they were unique in solving a common problem. Not by being a copy of someone else.
