For a Christmas gift to the team, Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald, whose team won this year’s Super Bowl, bought Bibles for every player and coach. When asked why he made the gesture, he said, “…You’re trying to find Christmas gifts for guys every year to show them that you love them, and what better gift than that?”

Defeat the DBL team drill video of the day. HIGH-WALL DRILL DL start in a fit position on either side. I yell out 3-verbal cues: 1. FEET- DL feet start moving 2. NAIL-Lock out 3. FINISH-Get skinny, climb the ball and hip back on down block to finish through. #MUDPIT

This is how you squeeze the down block and get your eyes down the heel line to get under the pullers. If you don’t spill the puller you better make the tackle, or are going to hang your free tackler out to dry.
