@AndreaLMerrill @Delta Firstly, thanks for the help. Human life is the most precious commodity on this earth. However, I question the good doctor’s pious motives. If one simply wanted to inform the airline of the health and safety risk couldn’t you have sent an email or made a few calls?

Dear @Delta, I just assisted in a medical emergency in the air. Your medical kits need a glucometer, epi pen, and automatic blood pressure cuffs- it’s impossible to hear with a disposable stethoscope in the air. Please improve this for passenger safety!

Seriously so many problems with @lufthansa right now. I've had issues with one specific journey for months and I'm now on hold for probably the 4th time about it...the trip is in 5 days. And the horrific hold music really twists the knife. #flightproblems

& refund was offered. But I immediately was able to find flights on my own (also w/Lufthansa) and book myself. Now my fare has increased. How can I get a refund of the difference as it was the airline that caused the cancellation, and the phone agent was unable to help me? (2/2)

@lufthansa I had recently booked a trip and the itinerary was disrupted due to an unexpected flight cancellation. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with Lufthansa and was told that no itineraries were available on the same dates. As a result, only a full cancellation (1/2)

@SAS I did already complete the refund steps and also called, and was told nothing could be done. I would appreciate an additional extension due to ongoing pandemic-related travel considerations. Is something possible?

@SAS Unfortunately the ongoing pandemic has made it impossible to travel for 2 years. A flight credit from 2020 is expiring and I'm unable to use it now. I've spoken to customer service and wasn't offered any assistance. Is there any chance of granting an extension to the credit?
