@JMPSimor @lizslayed @LittleGravitas To any amount as long as it is only once a year. At the moment there is no cap on how much they can increase it to. It’s crazy and unfair but that is just how it is for now.

It will make it hard for her to fight her case knowing she missed her rent. Please pay the rent first while seeking legal advice. Landlords can increase rent

There isn’t for cats. It was obvious that dog was aggressive and owners are at fault. They even tried attacking the neighbours.

@fesshole My fiancé liked my hair long but it wasn’t about what he wanted. I felt miserable and stressed with the hair. When we first met, I had a low cut so I knew it won’t be an issue. I cut it again anyway and now he loves it. I only told him to let him know. I feel free & me again.

I think my wife looks amazing in the two weeks before she has her hair cut. Then she goes to to hairdressers and I have to pretend how nice it looks.
