Right, I was head down, prepping for my Blue Moon stream these past few days. I come back to see @Leaflit getting attacked, and after looking into both sides I feel compelled to ask. Just how fucking retarded are you? This is someone who has gone out of her way to create a tool to help people. She has built it off her own back, is releasing it for free, and from what I can tell is going above and beyond to make it as accessible to as many people as possible. This is quite literally a democratising technology created in good faith and is a net benefit to us as a species. Think about how much creativity this unlocks. How much culture will grow out of a tool like this. All I see are barely coherent ad hominem arguments attacking who she is as a person. I pride myself on being logical and centrist, in both my stance and language. But this is a colleague of mine, who has done nothing but good with this tool, and has been dog piled by bottom ten-percenters who can barely perceive why they're upset, let alone articulate their arguments and you can, quite frankly, go fuck yourselves. @Leaflit has both my congratulations and support in what she is doing here. And I'll point out, if so many of you are up in arms over the thought an individual might use AI to generate a .png for use with Leafs' program, then let me make an introduction to Nightfire, my FULLY AI co-streamer I am developing. Come fight me over that and let Leaf do good in the world whilst you sit and rot behind your screen.
