@donwinslow Add creating his own version of Hitler's SA. Stormtroopers that Trump believes are willing to engage in more criminal acts of violence. When they do they need to be shut down - legally. We are not Trump thugs.

People+press are missing the true intent of the Trump administration's Jan. 6 compensation fund. The purpose is to tell the **NEXT INSURRECTIONISTS** that Trump admin will 1. PARDON THEM 2. PAY THEM $$$ When they commit insurrection in ***2028*** That is the true purpose IMO.

@lwfministries That excludes a lot of Evangelicals. Especially the leaders who have private jets, mansions & other examples of using religion to satisfy their greed.

@KatKelly888 @C_3C_3 Poor Kat doesn't understand that in the grown up world of politics "donations" NEVER are free. Private moola has a massive price.

Fun Fact: You could build 30-40 of “Trump’s privately funded Ballrooms” with the money spent on “Gavin’s taxpayer funded High Speed Rail”. I’m sure the Media and Democrats have mentioned this… Right?!

@RadiantKatie @C_3C_3 In the real world "donations" from mill/billionaires to a politician ALWAYS come with major strings. Paid for itself? What a load of crap.

@C_3C_3 What is really strange, the ballroom itself is paid through donations but the Democrats don't want to pay for the security features that cost an additional sum of money. They have lost their minds. They are illegitimate as well.

@Greg79886533801 @C_3C_3 Or tax money could go to a high speed rail across the nation giving a far better form of transportation without the hassles of cars. The ballroom will be used by only the 1% of the wealthiest who kiss up to Trump. Certainly not Greg or anyone else on this thread.

@JgmckenzieGlenn @C_3C_3 A life lesson for Glenn: In politics nothing is given free. The money "donated" will have massive strings. But then Glenn is also ignoring the fact that Don wants a billion in tax payer funds for the project.

@C_3C_3 A high speed rail helps anyone who can afford a ticket. Trump's ballroom is for the 1% that he wants to kiss up to him.

@travisakers Or invading Cuba. Trump has created the excuse by a fraudulent indictment of Raul Castro. Trump is just playing a variation of Hitler's lies justifying invasions.

@Simply_Dera1 When someone makes this kind of post it is an indication that for reasons only they can understand, the person is agitated. Although that frequently indicates a person in denial. In any case, the OP is pretending to have some superior knowledge, which is the Sin of Pride.

@Sacramentshow No one knows what Jesus said. We only know what people who never met Jesus claim he said. As for the Peter story we have no reason to believe it is real or it indicates creation of a religion. Jesus probably was an apocalypticist & never thought of starting a new religion.

Serious question If Jesus never intended a visible Church authority, why does He rename Simon to Peter (Rock), give him the keys of the Kingdom, and tell him to strengthen the other Apostles? That sounds a lot more like leadership than Everyone interprets Christianity for themselves.

The Catholic Church says no to IVF. Why? Because of three main reasons: 1. The Church believes a baby should only be conceived through the intimate, loving act of a husband and wife, not made by scientists in a lab. 2. It harms embryos. During IVF, doctors usually fertilize a bunch of eggs. The ones that aren't used are often frozen indefinitely, thrown away, or aborted if too many stick to the womb. To the Church, an embryo is a tiny human being from second one, so destroying or freezing them is a major line crossed. 3. Babies are gifts, not products. The Church thinks that treating a baby like something you can manufacture, screen for quality control, and own changes the relationship. They believe children are blessings from God, not something people have a right to manufacture. Why we should reason with the Church. Even though the Church knows the pain of not being able to have a baby is devastating, they argue that a good goal doesn't justify using the wrong methods. Instead, they encourage Catholic couples to look into things like NaProTechnology (which fixes the underlying medical issues so couples can conceive naturally) or adoption. For the Church, it’s all about protecting life at its absolute earliest, most vulnerable stage.

@GeigerEmilyA What about an ovum ready to be fertilized, the man & woman engage in sexual activity, but one or the other uses contraception? That is denying a life. Therefore that must be wrong & preventing conception must be wrong. Should contraception be illegal?

@MartinTweats The Atheist also has to prove space time, and matter came from nothing. They also have to prove the big bang. They also have to prove abiogenesis. Then they have to produce the fossils of all intermediate life forms.

It goes both ways. If a theist claims, "God exists", then they have made a truth claim about reality; thus, the onus is on them to prove their claim. If an atheist claims, "God does not exist", then they have made a truth claim about reality; thus, the onus is on them to prove their claim.
Kush@atheistkush

I don't need to prove the existence of something that hasn't been shown to exist. If you claim that god, heaven, or hell are real, then the burden is on you to provide tangible evidence

@MartinTweats Proofs about whether the chicken or the egg came first are boring. Religious folk might do it because they need is to support their theology. But that is a theological problem, not a scientific problem.
