Catholics claim "full of grace" regarding Mary in Luke 1:28, kecharitōmenē(κεχαριτωμένη), means Mary is perfectly sinless at the moment of her conception and remained sinless her entire life! Jesus is criticising hypocritical traditions that undermine true commandments, not traditions wholesale. Need I say more
