Financial Literacy fuels the American Dream. It is a foundational skill, similar to reading and writing, which is why we must get our youth engaged and excited to learn from an early age. I was pleased to join students, educators, and local partners including nearly a dozen financial institutions for a financial literacy fair at @USTreasury to close out Financial Literacy Month. In addition to visiting booths and exhibitions with learning modules, the students in attendance were invited to participate in @Visa’s Financial Soccer game with special guest “coaches,” @TreasurerBeach and Assistant Secretary Luke Pettit. Under President Trump’s leadership, our Administration is championing financial literacy for all age groups across the country. We are working to ensure that young Americans have the tools to save, invest, and plan for the years ahead—through @TrumpAccounts and many other resources available at MyMoney.gov. As we approach our nation’s 250th anniversary, strengthening financial literacy will help expand opportunity and prepare the next generation to build a more prosperous future.

Touchdown in Steel Nation! During Draft Week, we partnered with @Everfi , @GENYOUthNow, @Act4HlthyKids & the @SteelersCR to bring Character Playbook, PLAY 60 & mental wellness programming to Duquesne MS (@DukeCitySD). Huge thanks to @sonyelectronics for gifting students Linkbuds!

When community partners show up, students feel it. At a recent STEM Day at @STLCIC with the @StLouisBlues + @Everfi, kids explored careers beyond the ice and the STEM skills behind them.

For a lot of teens, financial decisions start early. First paycheck. First account. First time budgeting their own money. It’s why we’re working with community partners like @Everfi in local schools across cities including DC, Atlanta, and St. Louis to bring financial literacy into the classroom so students don’t have to figure it out alone. This weekend, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation hosted the 2nd Annual, Power of Us mental health summit, presented by the Steele Family Foundation and @QuikTrip ! NYC just raised the bar for financial education ➡️ bit.ly/everfiNYCPS Since there’s no statewide mandate, NYC Public Schools took initiative to rigorously review & select top-tier personal finance programs to ensure students are ready for real-life financial decisions.

Financial education mandates are on the rise. ↗️ As of summer 2025, 29 states have taken action to ensure students graduate with essential financial knowledge. Now's the time for financial institutions & purpose-driven organizations to step up and be part of the solution. 🤝

ICYMI: The Giants and Everfi hosted a Mental Health Awareness Month event with the NYPD officers and boys from the Far Rockaway, Harlem and Bronx Giants. Darius Slayton, Tyler Nubin, Dru Phillips and Montrelle Washington were in attendance to discuss the importance of mental health and how the game of football has impacted their life.
