Used this teletype in the early 70s at the PD to run plates & people. Was not rapid but worked very well
We premade “header” tapes so all we had to do was enter raw info quickly & the ending (CntrlZ?)

Teletype Model 33 ASR teleprinter, a widely used computer terminal in the 1960s -70s. It functioned as a mechanical terminal to send and receive text data to and from a computer. The machine used electromechanical technology and was one of the first to employ the 8-level ASCII.
