Wes Streeting's resignation comes at a critical time, with all major groups of NHS doctors in England currently in dispute with the Government. We look forward to working with the new Secretary of State to address the issues facing doctors, health services and patients ASAP.

Strike participation data is out for our latest round of industrial action. It was delayed by 3 or 4 weeks, probably because it's good news for us, bad needs for (now ex) health minister. Yes, participation is down compared to December, but up when to compared to strikes before.







Under Labour, NHS waiting lists are falling, ambulances are arriving faster, there are more GPs, and higher patient satisfaction. Lots done, lots to do. The Health Bill will boost the impact of our investment and modernisation: cutting bureaucracy to invest in patient care.

Maybe do a better job at training your juniors instead of using them as ward monkeys eh you wet sock?




The real kicker is that despite not actually being qualified for their own jobs, many were working effectively as doctors. ~20% were working on medical consultant rotas. Clinical expertise was also the area in which NCs felt most confident. 7/
