Mr. Do's Castle Hardware v1.1 "Better than MAME" PCB Update Added CRT Adjust Compared with MAME, this core models more of the original PCB hardware: Runs the real third Z80 sprite CPU instead of bypassing it. Models the CF37201 custom sprite chip and its communication timing. Reproduces the original CPU wait states and shared-bus delays. Uses the real hardware-style sprite transfer and busy signals. Models the board’s three-second watchdog circuit. Uses the live CRTC registers for video timing. Reproduces the CF37201 /PL interrupt timing. Optionally approximates the original analogue amplifier and speaker filtering. Uses the original board’s native video timing rather than host-rate timing. Updated files in reply.
