@NBN_Australia I've already done that and am waiting for them to investigate and respond. It's disappointing that a newly built network would fall apart like this making it impossible to get any work done.

@F21Global This isn't great to hear, Francis. We recommend reaching out to your providers tech support team for testing of your services. If a fault is found over the network, we will work closely with them to getting this fixed. We hope it's resolved soon for you. ^Maya

@NBN_Australia Is there anything wrong with the HFC network? I've been experiencing dropouts during peak hours starting from 5pm on Sunday and 9:30am today. Can't get any meaningful work done :(
