It was an incredible weekend @F3Omaha with 33 HIMs at the Impact Retreat! And Friday morning they brought their all for an hour-long Beatdown!

It was a perfect day for a run this morning at @F3Paradise! Thanks to the men who joined me, and hoping we can all remember the reason for the season. Merry Christmas!!!
