No, he did not, you fucking liar. Democrats called for military rebellion with no legal precedent. What President Trump said is factually correct: Sedition IS punishable by death. He did not say "I am going to have these traitor Democrats put to death for encouraging rebellion in our military." He said, "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!" - which is factually correct. President Trump also shared a post saying "HANG THEM GEORGE WASHINGTON WOULD !!". George Washington probably would. That's not a lie either. People dislike how blunt it is, but you know what conservative Americans dislike? The double standards and elitist privilege coming from Democrats in Congress. American citizens were arrested for standing on grass on January 6 or walking into an open door and told they committed an insurrection while Democrats are directly calling for military members to refuse orders from the sitting President of the United States with no legal basis for refusal. The video of Democrats telling military personnel to refuse "unlawful orders" is a dog whistle, as they love to say, encouraging service members to refuse lawful orders, since there is no evidence that any orders are unlawful. This is a political, traitorous rebellion, not a lawful one. Military members who refuse presidential directives without judicial precedent face charges under UCMJ Articles 90, 92, or 94, depending on the refusal’s nature—most likely Article 92 for individual cases or Article 94 if mass and coordinated. The lack of a ruling leaves them vulnerable to penalties because the law presumes orders are lawful until proven otherwise. President Trump also said, "Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL.", which destroys any claim that he is directly calling for the traitors in the Democrat video to be put to death. He called for them to be put on trial, which is within the realm of the law. If the Democrats video leads to military personnel refusing to follow orders en masse they could be charged, likely with mutiny, rather than sedition, for their intentional provocation. They are a disgrace and so are you.
