@brettboettcher1 Would one still take adaptogens with this or would this replace those? I take them to counteract endocrine disruptors. Sounds like this might be a replacement plus additional bonuses. I also currently use Milk Thistle 2x per week for Liver detox.

I find that my weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs during the week. I have a typical range. I just watch that I stay in that range. If it’s consistently toward the top, or a new high…I know it’s time to tighten up a bit.

A good goal would be eating right 80% of the time. Giving yourself the 20% helps maintain consistency. Consistency is the key.

Chest out shoulders back. Remember this in the gloom. Especially with gear workouts. Many injuries come from rounding your back. Keep it straight, engage the core to protect the spine.
