End of an era, albeit a small one. The last F3 Ireland took a bow with a 5 mile cliff run. Rain and mud caused many tumbles (all by @F3_BoonesFarm) but we thrived. Hope the lads will keep it up in some way. Thanks F3 Nation for all the love the past 2 years. F3 Ireland...out.

A pax of 5 battle through a 7 station smoke show with kettle bells and weight balls. Not to forget the 45 lb weight vest lunge walks. Pain. Sporty Spice not pictured due to merlot splashing (an F3 Ireland first). Well done men.

@Joe23Matthews Pretty simple workout of a set of exercises you do 50 of at the flag then run a lap around the pond (.25 miles). Today was merkins, lunges, lbc's, dry docks, squats, hammers. Rinse and repeat.

@26point2atfifty Oniells at Grafton street is a good one. They have a roof top bar which is unique.
