We've taken multiple clients from 0 to 1M+ monthly visitors through SEO. The Startups that get our most successful SEO campaigns are the ones that we get from Zero to One. Normally, these are brands that are banking on social media traffic / influencers and are looking for new avenues to diversify their traffic sources. The reason we are successful with them, is because they are a blank slate, we don't need to fix weird stuff from before. We prep everything and hit the ground running. This normally involves a process similar to this: - Building their Topical Map - Creating Pillar Pagers based on the Topical Map - Wiring the site considering Pillar Pages and Content Clusters from the Topical Map - Producing all the content with the help of AI + a copywriter - Writing very good Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions - Enhancing their Internal Linking considering their top pages - Iterating and optimizing with data from Google Search Console There's obviously more to it (this is kinda the basics), but I attribute these core elements to why this type of clients outperforms inherited SEO situations. Also, these clients are HEAVILY invested in their SEO, and dedicate ate least 1 person to help us with all our crazy ideas, specially on the development side of things (programmatic SEO, free tools, etc.). Just wanted to put this out there. If this resonates and you have questions, DM me. I answer 99% of my DMs.

4 blog posts a month isn't an SEO strategy. It's a hobby. A 3-month sprint should look something like this: - 100–200 pages of commercial + editorial content - Programmatic SEO setup - 18–25 backlinks - Free tools that generate leads on autopilot By end of summer you're winning the year. While our competitors are still "staying consistent."

My income grew (at least) 56% this month, because of my vibe-coded SEO tools. Join the newsletter to get the what, why and how I’m doing it. Link in the next tweet.

I like checking the quality of the topical map generated for customers. It's crazy how many good, easy-to-rank-for commercially valuable keywords it finds. This used to take me hours to do manually for clients 😭

"WordPress powers 40% of the web." You've heard it. I've heard it. It gets repeated constantly in sales pitches, blog posts, conference talks. But is it actually true for real businesses? I scanned 5,000+ local businesses across 28 cities to find out. The answer: ~27% use WordPress. Not 40. The rest? Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, custom builds. See the live data → 40percentmyth.com

Stop buying backlinks before you do these 10 things: • Build internal links with varied anchor text • Fix page speed (a slow site bleeds rankings daily) • Drive traffic from social + email to signal engagement • Add FAQs to capture rich snippets • Create a strategic link from your homepage • Add more H2s based on the rankings you already have • Add schema markup (takes 10 mins, often ignored) • Make your best content accessible from the main menu Do all these first. Then buy backlinks.

@fba Find a useful product -> Pay and use it -> Build your own version -> Release it to the world and market it. I also built a ton of throwaway internal tools that just help in the day-to-day workflow.

8 hours of outbound a day. Cold DMs. Cold emails. Reddit. LinkedIn. Repeat. I've seen this blueprint. I've watched it burn founders out. Miss one week and your pipeline goes to zero. I've worked with 30+ SaaS companies. The ones that stall out built everything on outbound. The ones that hit $50K MRR and kept going? They all figured out the same thing: You need a channel that works while you sleep. A landing page ranking #1 at 2am. A post from 6 months ago still pulling 500 visits a month. BTW, I am not saying outbound is a problem. Outbound is wonderful, but when you pair it with a second channel, the stress eases out. The formula that I've seen working: Months 1–12: outbound to get first customers Months 3–12: build SEO and GEO in parallel From Month 6/12+: organic carries a lot of the weight, outbound coould become optional (or have two big growing channels) Build a channel that doesn't need you 24/7
