Today at 18:39, exactly one week on from the time of call, FBU annual conference took part in a nationwide minute of silence to honur the sacrifice of Jennie Logan and Martyn Sadler, who lost their lives in the line of duty on Thursday 15 May.
We also remembered David Chester, a member of public who died in the same incident. And our thoughts are with the two firefighters who remain in hospital.

Firefighters are battling wildfires across Northern Ireland and Scotland - a very real reminder of the growing threat of climate related driven fires.
The @fbunational has long warned that without proper investment in fire & rescue services, in crews, equipment, resources - communities and lives are being put at risk.
