@brewpounder In my Black household, cornbread is a delicacy. Add it with spaghetti, chicken, stew, any damn thing.
I was trying to say both of them are great in their own way. Titan Isles is fun, don’t get me wrong, but I’m not comparing that to RE4VR. We can love multiple things.

After watching the discussion the last couple of days and seeing the arguments made: I’m okay with saying you shouldn’t call yourself a fan of games you haven’t played. All the arguments for it seem to be irrational comparisons or just bad faith arguments

@thejolson @wiresandchains_ The story and gameplay i saw was that compelling to me. 😂 What can I say? Of all games, it’s the story and series I’m most familiar with. One day I’ll play the game and love it even more. Sometimes you just know when you see a game, right?

@thejolson @wiresandchains_ It’s not supposed to be some set in stone rule. That’s why, to me, being a fan shouldn’t be that serious. There are haters even when they play the game. I loved Forspoken and that was torn to shreds before anyone gave it a fair shake because of dialogue. 😂

@thejolson @wiresandchains_ There are games where I’ve liked the story but hated what combat system I’ve seen like Gotham Knights.
If the gameplay isn’t interesting sometimes, Im not a fan. Sometimes it looks fun, I try it, then I’m disappointed still. That’s why I’m willing to TRY first.
