@FedEx Not only was any communication completely absent, but the tracking information I found online was plain wrong: It mentioned the next *delivery date* that kept being shifted into the future.

Very frustrating experience with @FedEx in Germany. Package cannot be delivered because I am unavailable - alright. Courier leaves info sheet but blank, no info (2x) - okay? Tracking number not recognized by system - aha Client support is AI that constantly interrupts you - nope

@FedEx failed again. FedEx says they delivered a package to my home from Home Depot. However, no package to be found nor can they provide proof (PIC) of delivery.

Everyday i call to understand the delay, I promised a callback. No one called me; they keep lying to me! This is terrible customer service and our family will NEVER use @FedEx @fedex @FedExOffice again!

The absolute WORST service/ customer service i have experienced in a very long time! My husband sent a package via @FedEx @FedExHelp on 3/23 and paid for 2 day express! STILL no package! It’s delayed again until 3/31..it’s taken 9 days to get a package from ATL to CLT.

An account number and password? So the number is unreachable, the support ticket can’t be updated by us. We are still in the same dread that any merchant we order from will use @FedEx , thus leaving us at the mercy of a timely shipment notification to which we can respond

While we were hopeful that @FedEx had gotten things worked out, they continue to attempt delivery to an incorrect address. We have no way to contact and correct this with them. We can only hope to catch the shipment early enough to do a “hold at location”. What’s really frustrating

@FedEx It says "0 Out for Delivery". Yet, there clearly is according to Home Depot's site. The dev team @FedEx should hide in embarrassment.

Who manages @FedEx 's website? It's a disaster. Like nothing on it works. This is a valid tracking number by the way. Can't click on Country Code. Can't update basic information, can't track a package with a valid tracking number, can't pick Country again on the same form.
