Everyday i call to understand the delay, I promised a callback. No one called me; they keep lying to me! This is terrible customer service and our family will NEVER use @FedEx @fedex @FedExOffice again!

The absolute WORST service/ customer service i have experienced in a very long time! My husband sent a package via @FedEx @FedExHelp on 3/23 and paid for 2 day express! STILL no package! It’s delayed again until 3/31..it’s taken 9 days to get a package from ATL to CLT.

The package contains my car keys!! I have unnecessarily had to catch Ubers for a week because @FedEx @FedExOffice has delayed my package several days beyond the 2 days we paid for. Have called several times to escalate, promised callbacks. NOONE from Mgmt has called us. Terrible
