@BritishGas absolutely disgusted at the poor service I’m receiving- will happily move to another provider just as soon as you manage to calculate my bill correctly and count all the money I’ve paid as accurately as you claim to add up KWH’s and the billions you make 🤔

@BritishGasHelp absolutely disgusting customer service- can’t calculate a bill, sarcastic chat operators, chats mysteriously log off when you’re dissatisfied, owed hundreds of pounds… I could keep going

Attended our first Doctoral Writing Retreat yesterday @ Springfield Capus @wlv_uni great thinking space, positive engagement and motivation between peers and future plans of attack made

Happy end of term people… not that it’s a work free break- marking, governors stuff & catching up on doctorate stuff. But a bit of self-directed thinking space is long overdue!

Many firsts have happened in the last week… some professional, some personal. Makes me think about the real meaning of the term #LifelongLearning and sometimes the unpreparedness you can feel when another light switches on

Of all the challenges I’ve faced in my career working with young people that ‘don’t fit’ societal or educational ideals, nothing compares to battles families of people with #SEND face just to enable them to be heard in the #community #education #health #employment
