@FHRITA2 @GabrielofBoone This would make some sense, because the data I was looking at was 2024 and the median was 48. So that would be 8 years later. We'd have to assume about equal Orthodoxy growth in each category (or not much change). But that seems reasonable. Thanks!

@Andy_Ashenden @GabrielofBoone I saved it to my hard drive on June 10, 2025. I did a Google Image search and it looks like it is from 2016. Now I'm going to try to find a more recent/updated graph.

This morning me, my wife and my kids were all baptized and chrismated into the Eastern Orthodox Church. Been a long time coming, had a very tough catechumenate. Christ is Risen!

@GabrielofBoone Went from non-believer to believer to Methodist to non-denominational to Orthodox in the span of 10 years. As a Protestant, I always felt something was missing. Easter before Passover in 2024 began my research. Attended all of Holy Week and decided to convert by that Thursday.☦️

@GabrielofBoone I think immigration has a lot to do with it. As well as the new converts being young. Compared to a lot of other Christian denominations, the median age is much lower (I think last I read it was 48 (compared to 60s for mainline Protestants).
