@mldiffley @FredHFreak Should be much higher honestly
English

@starbursterfilm Holy shit, you have the substance in your top four. Your opinion means less than nothing.
English

C. Kirk suffered an injury in #49ers practice today. Sources say he’s stable.
Please god.
English

@MarcusCVance It’s obviously AI fucking dumbass
English

Hey Christopher Nolan, I thought these giants were supposed to be tough. If they just fall down like paper as in this movie scene, I'm not interested in watching it.

Agamemnon Vs. The Laestrygonians #Odyssey
English

@sethsfilmreview Oh man, I like your opinions usually but this list is actually so bad. Spider-Man three over across the spider verse is genuine blasphemy. But hey, I guess you did like disclosure day.

@Ryan_Gasoline @ClayHarted You’re so unintelligent
English

@ClayHarted You saw my post and said "I'm gonna put some words in his mouth that he ain't even say"
English

son this is frying me because he’s not trump-coded at all. dude saw a cowardly asshole character, and said how dare they mock my president
Ryan Gasoline@Ryan_Gasoline
He was the Trump in the Odyssey in case you missed it. Every Hollywood movie has to have a Trump or an Elon as the villain, this is the rule
English

@rationeverbozo @SuperPrigo @mountainnegro @tushartweets38 Your PFP is Hitler bro you have no leverage
English

@GentleDoofus He’s so so young. He’s gonna finish his Black Panther trilogy and then probably stay away from superheroes for a long, long time if not forever. He has the sauce, he’ll be just fine.
English

@xiongmaoxuanchn @ETazou That’s kinda sad the odyssey and Oppenheimer were both really fantastic
English

@ekaLehTfQydaL The difference is Helen being black doesn’t change anything about the story at all. If MLK was white that would have an actual effect on the meaning and significance of his actions. You’re really not very smart.
English

@OneBadDude_ Well, it’s a good thing nobody cares what you think or do.
English

@MattWalshBlog Grown man too dumb to understand a non-linear story
English

Nolan's obsessions with the non-linear storytelling gimmick really hurts this film. It jumps around so much, and spends so little time on any one particular moment or scene, that you never really feel like Odysseus is on an epic journey spanning many years. When he makes it home, you never feel like he's been gone for 20 years. The film does not capture the grandeur and scope of the original epic. That's why it feels rushed and too long simultaneously. The movie comes off like a rough draft. Nolan was searching for the actual story but never quite found it.
English

@shogentushi @B_Hawkwood @esjesjesj These losers will just cry and say that that’s fake because they have nothing better to do
English

@B_Hawkwood @esjesjesj Box office numbers indicate that people don’t care.
English

So let's say there's some review bombing. Let's also say there's some legitimate criticism. Let's pull up the stats for his other films.
Memento 94%, Insomnia 77%, Prestige 92%, Inception 91%. Dark Night got 94%, Interstellar 87%, Tenet 76%, Oppenheimer 91% and Odyssey is somehow so universally loved it got 97%?
Even if there was people who review bombed the movie, it's asinine to assume that 97% of audiences loved this film. There's no fucking way this movie actually pulled in more legitimate approval from audiences than every other movie in Nolan's catalog and also did this in spite of the negative coverage this film received that nearly all of his catalog didn't receive when it went to theaters.
Honestly it's stupid to assume any number out of rotten tomatoes is even remotely accurate, whether it be the 56% or the 97%.
English

Ah, so the site took measures to prevent people who haven’t seen the movie from review-bombing it because you people are insanely annoying and universally despised, and you’re mad they did that. Got it
Gazz@Gazz_54
Big discovery on Rotten Tomatoes for The Odyssey. The real audience score is sitting at 56%, not the fake 97% they’re showing with their “Verified Audience” bullshit. A r/KotakuInAction user figured out how to see the actual numbers behind RT’s manipulation. Exactly what we’ve been saying. Real people are dragging this butchered mess, but Rotten Tomatoes is bending over backwards to protect it. Classic.
English

@SuperPrigo @mountainnegro @rationeverbozo @tushartweets38 That’s an unpopular opinion. And just because you think that doesn’t make it true. I thought it was great. I thought it’s top two Nolan. A lot of people agree with me, it’s getting great reviews and it’s making tons of money. So how about we don’t treat our opinion like fact?
English

@FJTMjr @mountainnegro @rationeverbozo @tushartweets38 Dude I went to see the movie. It was horrible. Worst movie Nolan made
