They weren’t. There are two 1-2 second shots of Page in the trailers, and a couple brief shots of Lupita in her two roles.

Zhalfir has been so high on my list of wants for Magic that I stopped talking about it sony hopes didn’t get too high.

I kind of respect Wizards' restraint in focusing on real magic sets at MagicCon. It feels like Magic Cons should be a celebrating FOR the enfranchised players who are attending. the 90% of players who don't know what a planeswalker is or whatever aren't there. UB sells itself.

really worried that this is just the first of many planes crossover events so that wizards can both try to satisfy the community’s want for more universes within content but there being no intention for more UW sets. we get half a set per plane, now.

@FNbunchonumbers Dark Confidant you reveal the card and do something. It always happens and the effect itself is all based one that one resolution.
This card has you look at the turn, think about if/how much life was gained, and make a decision about a surveil it is pretty different.

They have a plan that surely includes that topic, but if and how it will be realized is still probably changing. Magic only has 2-3 years "locked in" at once. So they won’t make promises

We've seen UB cards reprinted in UB sets, but none within a UW. Unless you're counting the SL to Set Booster prints, they got axed
