@FPLPortsmouth @cheddachallenge In 24 starts Gabriel has hit 8+ 13 times 9+ 11 times Struijk hasn't hit 9+ all season 8, 3 times Rodon 9+ once And 8 once Bijol 9+ twice (No additional 8's) On average Gabriel will outscore these guys over 2 vs 3 fixtures, it's just logic.

@FPL_Cheese @cheddachallenge All ifs, buts and maybes. You are being clouded by the fact you already own Gab and have money tied up in him. I have a blank canvas for my WC and he’s not a consideration.

@FPLPortsmouth @cheddachallenge Bijol max 1 CS over next three and unlikely any attacking returns. Gabriel could easily match that and if not a save a FT down the line.

@FPL_Cheese @cheddachallenge Gab playing Bournemouth between the two Sporting fixtures isn’t ideal, nor is City away. Bijol for three fixtures (including Wolves at home) looks a better bet for me. Gab can be included on the GW34 FH & brought back in on 35. Ignore having money tied up, it’s irrelevant.

@FPLPortsmouth @cheddachallenge If Gabriel scores or assists in either fixture he outscores Bijol imo, plus he's a better long term hold. Gabriel 6.9 ppg Bijol 3.7 ppg Gabriel on average is better over 2 fixtures than Bijol is over 3

@FPLPortsmouth @FPL_gamma I don’t take hits, I don’t play players who face opponents who are higher in the league than them, I captain talismanic players at home to the weak teams in the league, I make my moves close to deadline. I’ve been playing this game long enough to not make bad decisions

You can’t call yourself unlucky this season if you are Wildcarding in players for Arsenal(a), Manchester United(a) and Man City(H) I’m afraid. Really sorry about that

@FPL_gamma I finished 100k last season and was unlucky. All I can do is make my team great every week and plan so I don’t have players playing away at Arsenal or Chelsea players v Man City or Leeds players at Old Trafford. Thats suboptimal. My team never looks bad. I can’t control points

@FPL_TomHadley I think it totally depends on how many fts you have left, what your side looks like now for gw32 & gw34, and implementation of strategy. People who have used their wildcard have a good route to go now without having to take any hits.
