Captained Cole Palmer this week. Even if you thought it was an objectively bad decisions before the deadline, that’s a really really awful slice of luck. He might have blanked tonight anyway, but only getting one game is a bit rubbish. Go easy tomorrow Haaland 😅

@FPL_Mickey @FPLOlympian High floor for a guy worth pennies is definition of a good asset btw. Burnley and an upcoming double even more so. And 8 point floor almost in the double 🥵 Then you see the positions he takes up on the pitch on top of that... I hope people ignore him one more time 🙏

Bet nobody tipped Wieffer as the Brighton asset to own. We all need to come back a better manager next season.

@FPL_Mickey @FPLOlympian Obviously a regret given the brace. I'd take a hit in GW34 in hindsight if I had known. But again, a brace couldn't be expected. But a clean sheet with defcon playing significant minutes was expected. That's a high floor with great potential given the areas he picks up

@FPL_Mickey @FPLOlympian Even more so currently, with the double. With potential bench boosts being played. You want a safe option for minutes and a high floor. He offers that while picking up some really nice positions on the pitch

@Alisdair_0204 @FPLOlympian Szobo different because he was on set pieces and is clearly a better player than wiefer with more historic goal contributions

@FPL_Mickey @FPLOlympian Said the same about szobo for a large period and he was a great option at rb because of his defcon numbers and positions he took up when team had possession. Sometimes all you need to do is watch football. He could've had more today as well tbf

@Alisdair_0204 @FPLOlympian Def con only reason to pick him but even still he’d get less playing at RB than he would if he were in the midfield. He’s only scored 1 goal for them before today 🤣

@FPL_Mickey @FPLOlympian His defcon numbers were always very very good. And the positions he was regularly taking up were great as well. It's ok if you didn't see it. Brace obviously lucky. But was top 2 in my thinking personally. Fixtures/manager love/defcon/positioning. All in his favour

@FPLOlympian I did, been on the wieffer train for a bit now. Was always gross and wieffer in my head. Obviously a brace isnt exactly predictable. But he should've been higher on others lists fs

Welbeck subbed and no Mitoma yet… Fair to say going those two over Van Hecke + Groß hasn’t been great has it. And now Thiago scores again which is lovely 😂
