Thousands of Combined Cavalry soldiers have paraded in Hyde Park in traditional bowlers, suits and regimental ties. HRH The Earl of Wessex, Colonel The Royal Wessex Yeomanry, took the salute. They remembered all those lost in service since WW1. @RoyalFamily @BritishArmy

Today I have handed over the role of Army Senior Drum Major after 4 years. It has been a blast and a great way to end my 26 year career. Time to change rank slide for a few months before I leave the Army. Thank you everyone who has helped over my tenure and career. #DrumMajor 💂🏼♀️

On this day 13th May 2006, former F Squadron cadet Adam Morris, who went on to join the Royal Anglian Regiment sadly lost his life in Iraq after an IED exploded. Now in honour LNR awards the Adam Morris Trophy to the senior cadet who excels during annual camp. Lest we forget.

@FSqdn There is a couple of different things in there. Marksmanship principles, safe handling rules, kit list for camps it’s laminated so can write on it with a dry wipe etc. We will be building on it over the next fews months ☺️
