“The only way that you’re ever going to get to the other side of this journey is by suffering.
You have to suffer in order to grow.
Some people get it, some people don’t.”
2022 is done, finished, it’s time to forget and look forward.
Gained weight in 2022? Work on it in 2023
Got injured in 2022? Work on it in 2023
Lost your mojo in 2022? Get it back in 2023
You can’t change last year, but you can make this year a good, let’s go💪🏼
A consistent 4 day training week year
round is 209 sessions in a year.
1 bad session will not dictate whether
you get the results you're after. It's
only 0.47% of you're whole training
year!
Don't beat yourself up over a bad day.
Dust yourself off and go again
tomorrow!
Congratulations to our highest achieving @CardiffMetSCRAM S&C students @FWFitt@Katie_Carr02 Sam Leamon and Rob Haley on receiving complimentary @NSCA student memberships as part of our accreditation in their Education Recognition Programme👏.
For three FA Cups and 239 appearances.
For the dedicated support for our local community, GayGooners and so much more.
For understanding what it means to be a Gooner.
Thank you, Hector ❤️
Great session with the boys over at @AFCWhitchurch U14’s and Seniors.
Really good effort incorporating ball work and team games into fitness to keep things fun🙌🏻
Awesome effort boys, thank you for having me👊🏼
Week 3 with @CDraconians Boys are coming on strong and smashing pre season. I even think they’re enjoying it😂
Bit of low volume, higher intensity speed and power work last night before a jam packed run of games.💪🏼🙌🏻

In order to get better at something you have to do that thing. That’s where specificity comes in. If it’s not specific to your goal, then why are you doing it.
That’s why they’re called ‘repetitions’
You’ll never improve if you’re not honest with yourself.
If your technique needs fixing, scale back and fix it. This will only make things easier in the long run.
As the saying goes, work smarter, not harder!
