Very nice! Uses my escape mapping technique (reference 17). We've actually been doing this at NYU for the ventricular insertion as well. Very useful

There is scar along the length of the anterior line and there is delay in propagation at the top and the bottom of the line as it circles around. Imho Doing half probably will set you up for another ablation later for the mitral flutter

The big question is should we continue the line to the mitral annulus if mitral flutter cannot be induced afterwards?
