@Dr_Santangeli @DrFerminGarcia @gauravaupadhyay Caution required for Ramus and high diagonal branches whose origins are at or distal to LM bifurcation. I believe ablation at sites below and proximal (basal) to LM bifurcation are therefore unlikely to result in coronary artery injury.

@CRB_EP @DrFerminGarcia @gauravaupadhyay Biggest issue in that location isn’t the LAD or Cx that can be typically visualized with ICE, but an interposed ramus branch (20% of cases) crossing within LV summit fat - this can only visualized reliably with angiography/CT. Even surgery with direct visualization may miss that.
