FACEIT Season 8 Standings – Europe 🇪🇺 Three weeks into the new Season, fresh faces are already making their mark while many pro players have headed to NA for IEM Atlanta. Players remain on the leaderboard of the region where they played the majority of their matches this season, and in EU, @donk1337 reigns supreme.

Over the last 14 days on FACEIT, Cache is now the fifth most played map globally (9%), despite not being in the professional tournament pool. In North America, Cache is the third most popular map (16%), reflecting its roots where the map was created.

.@donk1337 and @magixx772 have been honing their skills together ahead of PGL Astana with a 77% win rate in Season 8. During this run, donk reclaimed #1 FACEIT Elo globally while averaging 1.86 K/D and 1.45 FACEIT Rating.

.@FLCm0NESY finished his Season 8 placement matches with a 7-3 run, while the average placement results for Challengers were 6-4. In a 22–18 win on Ancient, he recorded 50 kills and a 1.92 K/D. His average K/D across all 10 matches was 2.13

We have shipped a fix across all FACEIT servers for an exploit using the CS2 console command "sv_grenade_trajectory_prac_pipreview". This stops players from exploiting the command to see enemy positions through the grenade camera.

Monthly missions now feature two prize tiers. All players complete the same challenges. Free rewards are available along the path, while Premium unlocks higher values and exclusive cosmetics. Upgrade anytime to receive Premium rewards for progress already made.

The updated version of Cache is now live on FACEIT. Cache is now selected by default in map preferences and can be deselected without needing to subscribe or change your other map bans.

Does it matter more now how u perform in your game instead of winning or losing? For example if I lose but I was playing really good does it take significantly lower elo per loss ? @FACEIT_Darwin @FACEIT @FaceitDerek
