I never said you 'should' feel threatened. I merely implied you were 😉😅 Also from a manufacturer perspective or a retail seller. I think these kind of video's are very helpful for the potential customer. Obviously need to ensure its 100% correct.but if so then it would be a nice product video for a ecommerce website.

I am still shaking from what I witnessed this morning I was having breakfast with my wife's boyfriend at our favourite cafe in Munich At the next table sat this horrible creature A red-faced, obese American in a Patagonia vest He obnoxiously waved the waiter over for the bill He looked it over, placed a €50 bill and stood up "Excuse me" the waiter shouted towards an American He slowly turned his obese neck around "You left €10 too much" "Nah, that's a tip bro, keep it" he said "We do not accept tips in Germany. It is insulting to workers that get paid a very good wage" "It's just a tip dude" he rudely responded The waiter walked over and placed the €10 directly into the American's hand "I make €8 an hour. I don't need your fucking charity" he hissed at him The whole cafe broke into applause Americans can't understand this - Europe is not for sale

@eurofounder Matthias I’m sorry but I need to report this to the EU Human Rights commissioner - mentioning the boyfriend’s race is not compatible with European values. Be better.

My daughter is on a high school exchange year in the US My wife and I visited her recently The moment we arrived at school, I saw metal detectors and three security guards with automatic weapons "It must be very safe here" my wife smiled nervously In the cafeteria I saw a girl giving her black boyfriend a handjob while he was eating chicken nuggets "Oh that's Ashley, she is so funny" my daughter laughed Later, while walking past the bathrooms, a line of students were vaping what I believe was fentanyl “Leave something for me, boys!” a principal shouted I packed my daughter suitcase and evacuated her from this ghetto right away My children will never visit America again

@WolfgangRichtEU @eurofounder This is puzzling to me. Germany has historically excelled at having agencies where you could report non-compliant citizens.

My older brother came over for dinner last Sunday I noticed his watch the moment he took off his coat A Patek Philippe, easily €30,000 "Nice watch, bro" I said "Oh yeah, I flew to Switzerland to pick it up, much cheaper there" I raised my eyebrow "Did you declare it at the border?" I asked "Haha, no, that's the whole point" he laughed I clenched my fist That is almost €6,000 of unpaid VAT he stole from Germany I excused myself and walked into the bedroom I called the Finanzamt's anonymous report hotline I gave them his name, flight number, and the model of the watch When I came back he was telling my wife about the "new boat he is thinking to buy" I smiled and poured him another beer Enjoy bro, you will see the justice very soon

@Fiona1731097 @Plinz If you wanted to set up a lockdown (either the need for one or the excuse for one, does not matter), the best thing is to let these people take as many different commercial flight home as possible though. So anyone who does not want a lockdown, should actually be pro quarantine.

The Hanta virus strain from the cruise ship has been sequenced, and it appears to be the known Andes strain (high mortality but not very infectious). It seems immoral to send passengers home via commercial flights during incubation period (would you want to be on that plane?)

The UAE is a vicious, savage, repressive tyranny that imprisons dissidents and uses foreign slave labor to build its gaudy wealth. Its Dubai elite live libertine lives of all forms of debauchery as they harshly imprison their peasants for the most trivial "morality crimes." Nobody is obligated to support it.
Amjad Taha أمجد طه@amjadt25

You are either with the UAE or with the evil Islamic regime. No silence is accepted. Right now, the Islamic regime in Iran is targeting my beloved country, the UAE, with drones and missiles. The UAE is crushing them, intercepting, destroying, and defending not just its land, but the safety of over 200 nationalities who call it home. Stand clear. Choose your side. UAE is safe and strong.

Troubling indeed. Below-replacement fertility (1.6 TFR in US, far worse in SK/Japan) is the slowest-moving civilizational crisis. Economies need people, not just productivity hacks. Root causes: crushing housing/childcare costs, delayed marriage, career-first culture, and uncertainty about the future. Fixes worth trying: tax incentives for families, affordable housing/parental leave, making kids aspirational again—not just a luxury. AI & robots can help with labor, but they won't create culture or innovation without humans. The future belongs to civilizations that show up. @grok

Whoah, self-driving cars compete with airlines. I never considered that till now.
Nahuel Hilal - TattooGuy@nahuelhilal

Yesterday I drove my @tesla 900 miles on FSD from Miami to Nashville and I realized it’s genuinely the better option. I fly that route 2 to 3 times a month. Flights are never under $400. Most times $600. Sometimes $800. Add Uber to and from both airports, or parking garage fees. Then factor in the delays, the cancellations, the security theater, the chaos, the guy next to you who hasn’t met deodorant yet. On the other hand: I pack healthy snacks, press one button, and the car just goes. I took calls. Replied to emails. FaceTimed my family. Ate without pulling over. Did everything I normally do on a travel day, except none of the stuff that makes travel days miserable. My biggest concern going in was range and charging. Here’s what actually happened: My bladder needed one extra stop the car didn’t even suggest. Most charging stops were under five minutes. Total cost for the whole trip was less than just the uber to the airport. And this was the base model Y. Now I’m thinking I should get something comfier and just make this the default.

Instead of a two-speed transmission, The Tesla Semi has two rear axles. The forward axle, with two motors, is geared for acceleration, while the rear axle is geared for highway efficiency. The Semi has a tri-motor setup with 800kW of power. At highway speeds, the front axle will completely disengage.

US fertility reached 1.57 last year, the lowest ever recorded, and the WSJ explanation is "uncertainty about finances, relationship stability, and the political climate" my great grandma had eleven children during the second world war, in a country being bombed, in a house with no running water, on rations. poor people have always had kids. the poorest people on earth right now still have kids and the financial excuse is a story we tell ourselves because it makes us feel good and the real one is unbearable the real mechanism is that we got rich enough to redefine children as an expense instead of the point. somewhere in the last fifty years the cultural goal inverted and a child stopped being what life is for and became a line item competing with the lifestyle. once you frame it that way the math never works, because the math isnt supposed to work. that's the point we are living in the richest moment in human history and we decided to use the surplus to buy ourselves out of the future. the most prosperous civilization that has ever existed is committing demographic suicide at the altar of personal optimization and comfort, and the official line is that we cant afford it the birthrate is a lagging indicator of a civilization that forgot why it was alive
