Louise Haigh case speaks volumes of our inability to let people rehabilitate -she did something stupid & criminal years ago, pleaded guilty, got lowest court sanction, moved on. Her criminal record no longer appears on Basic DBS checks but does on Enhanced fairchecks.org.uk
