@NME @BritsPieces Ain’t that the truth!!! So are most of the primary ticketing systems in the UK. All unfit for purpose and unable to do anything about queue jumpers and bots. They really think they have it all under control, they don’t.

Has anyone told him that the British traditionally really like an organised queue, but that his queues are really shit and people keep jumping them, then once these people get to the front they get their robots out which use warp speed to block out all those waiting patiently. This below is just the queue for requesting to get into the queue for when tickets go on general sale. It has been running for 6 hours and has not moved. You are not doing enough to #stopthebots and not only that you are working with promoters to extort fans as the prices for these tickets are ridiculous even if you get a chance to get one. So, when are you going to take a morally sound standpoint and be transparent about how you sell your tickets and why with all the money you have for technology, do you do bugger all to help #consumers have a chance. You obviously do not care and is Harry himself aware of all this, he has to sign off on it all, so how have you hoodwinked him this time?

Resale has to be turned on along with transfer unless stated so there is a secondary market. It gets turned on late but always gets turned on and has to be by law, unless stated in terms and conditions. Platforms all have Styles tickets on them and will have for this event too. The point is, the official seller does not do enough to be transparent or tackle bots, nor does it sell tickets at realistic prices for the working class, or give fans a realistic chance either. If they did we wouldnt have these debacles every time a big event goes on sale. It was a better and fairer experience to wait in queues for 24 hours at the box office

Phone 36minutes joined 20 minutes before. Both wldnt have money 2 b made here. Only resale is face value. Everything is turned off for more money no transfer either ticketmaster resale only

Would it not be nice and also a caring act for the primary agents such as @TicketmasterUK to put the full range of prices advertised to fans up well before they have to join any waiting room or queue. Make the experience pleasant, be honest and up front, be transparent #fairticketing
