@vmohv @shizunaposting I went through so many side quests in the game that by the time I reached the end I was just fed up with them and started skipping, on top of the story moving big and I couldn't wait to move on

Not terrible, but I didn't have much fun with this, I couldn't care for Genesis as a character and the story feels obviously written as an excuse to give Zack a story, and the DMW mechanic is TERRIBLE, ending was sad tho but I'd never replay.

"I think Roger should keep doing the deep voice from here on out. It doesn’t sound anything like the Sonic voices that came before him but his performance in Frontiers still gives off the intended vibe of Sonic as a character compared to some other games he’s been in recently imo

Crash 4 had 2 years of dev time. Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart also had 2. It is abnormal for a 3D platformer to have more than 5 years of dev time. Unless they're doing something completely different from the ground up. All a team of 250+ people needs is 2-3 years.

Why can every other good and big franchise have 5 - 6 year development cycles But Sonic MUST be 4 years maximum or under? Some of the best triple AAA games have longer development cycles to make those games as good as they are. And I low key feel like Sonic needs that.
