I just hope Chelsea do not let Arsenal sign Morgan Rogers like they did with Declan Rice. This is the kind of transfer that could take Chelsea to the next level. Chelsea might have been better off signing Rice instead of Moisés Caicedo, who has regressed this season. I also believe Morgan Rogers would choose Chelsea over Arsenal because he knows where he is more likely to win trophies. Chelsea should consider replacing Enzo Fernández with Rogers, who has been the better performer.

Manchester City’s punishment needs to be severe enough to the point where they feel all of the success they’ve gained from it wasn’t worth it. It needs to be seriously debilitating, I’m talking about multiple relegations, a huge points deduction in whatever league they end up in, it might even mean expulsion from the English football pyramid altogether. If I had it my way, Manchester City wouldn’t be able to compete at the top of football for a very, very long time.

If Arsenal end up signing Morgan Rogers, then I think Leandro Trossard leaves. Rogers is a wingfielder who likes the ball to feet and strikes the ball cleanly, a bit similar to Trossard but with more PnP. I can see a situation where him and Eberechi Eze switch between LW and AM. It’s clear Mikel Arteta wants attackers who are flexible, can play multiple positions, and interchange constantly during matches.

Declan Rice loves West Ham and has shown nothing but respect to us always. We couldn’t match his ambitions, but he left respectfully for a very large fee and always gave his all. He never refused to train, gave his all right until the end and probably stayed a good 2 more years than he could have. Got stick last week for saying we’re happy to see him succeed. You can hate Arsenal but also feel proud of him deep down, for some odd reason a lot of people can’t separate the two. All I’ve see is people say his reaction to us being relegated is performative. He spent 10 years at the club, and let’s be honest, deep down would have stayed if we could’ve went to the next level with him. He loves this football club, there’s zero need for him to perform for the cameras.
