Work work work... Looking to the weekend so I can get some serious writing done after hopefully a good hike Saturday morning.

Please... If you are going to be out in nature, be careful. The natural environment has more risks than driving through Nashville on a Friday afternoon.

Creatives tend to get inspiration from all around them. I feed my muse with nature. Going on hikes, taking photos, and observing my surroundings. Then dessert is typically the spontaneity of TTRPG game night.

Today was fun. But now it's time for real fun. Game night with the guys!

@AgentJudith It will be, yes. It's rather difficult to rewrite what was lost. But working on the plot and outline.

@AgentJudith That stage of pulling the bootstraps up after the tears have fallen and fallen and fallen. 😉 Just have to be deliberate with time management now.

@AgentJudith The drive was destroyed in an accident. Goes to remind always have 2+ backups.

@AgentJudith I am in a position of starting over on WIP. Critical failure on my backup device. Thankful I have notebooks with notes. 😉

@FaithTJohnson I feel the same if there’s no depth, I lose interest quickly. Strong character development and a solid storyline really keep a reader hooked. Got any WIP you’re working on right now?

@AgentJudith I know when I read if the story doesn't have depth, I don't finish it. For me the character development and storyline are what is important.

@FaithTJohnson "Most authors I’ve worked with in romance and fantasy agree there’s absolutely a place for closed-door and clean fiction. The key is emotional depth and compelling conflict; intimacy isn’t the only way to keep readers hooked.
