Secretary of War Pete Hegseth: "American firepower is only increasing. Iran's decreasing. We have more and more options, and they have less. Just one month, in only one month, we set the terms. The latest Intel is clear out of CENTCOM. Our strikes are damaging the morale of the Iranian military, leading to widespread desertions, key personnel shortages and causing frustrations amongst senior leaders."

NEWS 🧵: I called President Trump for some clarity on this post. He says the U.S. is not pulling assets in and around the Strait of Hormuz yet: “At some point I will, not quite yet, but countries have to come in and take care of it. Iran has been decimated, but they're going to have to come in and do their own work."

@EGYOSINT I feel like that's what the US gets for housing important assets so close to the enemy and not enough defenses. Whoever was in charge of that dropped the ball in my opinion. The US has lost more than Israel has militarily throughout this whole conflict.

Before-and-after satellite images of the U.S. Air Force E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft provide a clear view of the extent of damage it sustained from the Iranian strike. The E-3’s unit cost in the 1990s was $270 million, equivalent to ~ $600 million in 2026 dollars.

➢ ~12 might be serviceable, on a good day. If you're saying they have 15 without qualifying some of them haven't flown in many months you're being extremely generous, and not accounting for maintenance.

Reporter: How do you feel about the Iranian Foreign Minister accusing the US and Israel of genocide? Marco Rubio: The Iranian? He's an expert in genocide. They've killed thousands. Every problem in the Middle East is Iran. Hezbollah? Iran. Shia militias destroying and threatening Iraq? Iran. Hamas? Iran. Houthis? Iran. Assad in Syria? Iran. Everywhere you turn, they're behind all of it.

#USAF United States Air Force - Iran War Special Operations Command / RAF Mildenhall 27 March - 0020z The build-up and transit of MC-130J Commando IIs at RAF Mildenhall has been ongoing since the start of March. So far, there have been at least 41 MC-130Js (excluding based aircraft) that have arrived at RAF Mildenhall. Of those 41, at least 11 have the Silent Knight modification. These aircraft have been arriving in the early hours of the morning and have largely been unmarked or had their tail numbers taped over. A few have been changing their callsigns on departure, and most have had 20+ passengers on their inbound flights. The first aircraft, 14-5805, arrived at Mildenhall on the 3rd of March as UNLIT 77, departed on the 24th as BZAIN 31 and then arrived back on the 25th again as BZAIN 31. In the past 24 hours there have been 15 MC-130Js departing. DACHA 11/12/13 and LAPEL 23/25/27 departed on the 26th and 25th, although I'm not sure what callsign they arrived under, nor their identity. AGREE 35/41/45, PILUM 53/55 and SWASH 03/05/07/11 all departed on the 26th of March, leaving behind SWASH 09 which had a bird strike on landing on the 23rd March. Three AC-130s remain at RAF Lakenheath, along with a single USMC KC-130 which arrived from MCAS Miramar. 📸 @havoc_aviation @MATA_osint @DefenceGeek @sipjack1776 @TheIntelFrog @Andyyyyrrrr @vcdgf555 @sentdefender @Osinttechnical @FaytuksNetwork @Faytuks @Andyyyyrrrr @haynesdeborah

The Pentagon is developing military options for a “knockout blow” in the ongoing war against Iran, including potential ground and bombing operations, with options on the table including the seizure of ships near the Strait of Hormuz or the full-scale invasion of Kharg Island, Iran’s main oil export hub, as well as other islands in the Persian Gulf, multiple officials and sources familiar tell Axios’ Barak Ravid.

With reports now stating over 5,000 Marines, accompanied by a number of Amphibious Ready Groups (ARG), and several thousands Soldiers with the 82nd Airborne Division are on their way to the Middle East, chances that the United States will launch a ground invasion of Iran before the end of 2026 have skyrocketed on Polymarket, currently sitting at roughly 57%, up over 40% since the beginning of March.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump wants no more strikes on Iranian energy sites after Wednesday’s attack by Israel on a natural gas processing plant serving Iran’s South Pars Offshore Gas Field, which was known about and supported by President Trump, U.S. officials tell the Wall Street Journal. President Trump supported today’s strikes as a message to Tehran over its attempts to block the Strait of Hormuz, but believes Iran got the message and is now against attacks on Iranian energy infrastructure, the officials said. But Trump could once again be open to targeting more Iranian energy facilities depending on Tehran's future actions in the Strait.
