@ShamilaGhyas @StanleyCohenLaw I have actually lived on both sides and would prefer basically any place in the world compared to the UAE. I don't like being a slave to the locals in the UAE but that's just me.

@StanleyCohenLaw Yeah, I have been to Palm Beach. No thanks. The older I get, the more I realize how Westerners really do not understand any of the countries on this side. You don't get Persians, Arabs or us from South Asia.

@JeremyClarkson @David__Osland It's funny people only think of the cost of production or the sell price. Why don't owners accept slightly lower margins and they can pay people more and sell for the same. Why is the owners margin % never part of the debate? They are making profits here after all.

If a pint of beer now costs a tenner, is £15 an hour minimum wage really such a Big Ask?

@CityNewsTO I keep wondering why little Pipi is so popular but then I see how many Canadians think that our govt can control global oil prices and how they think Israel and US starting a war making the oil prices go up is somehow our government's fault.

@ShamilaGhyas @Xking332 Honestly don't you get sick of being able UAE mouth piece? Look how they treat our country men and women. I grew up in the UAE, left for uni, and rejected countless job offers to go back because I don't like being treated as a second class citizen.

@Xking332 Iran lied about attacking Turkey, Azerbaijan, the desalination plants in Kuwait as well and each time it was proven to be them. In the last months, they also attacked Bahrain, Kuwait,Oman, KSA, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Iraq, Cyprus! Why would it be different now? Iran always lies.

Iran has completely denied bombing Dubai. They say they have nothing to do with the missiles or the drones. Now the question is, Who is bombing Dubai?

We are horrified by yet another incident of violent Islamophobia that occurred last Friday in St. Albert, Alberta. A Muslim man and his wife were driving back home from the Muslim Association of St. Albert when he was allegedly brutally assaulted. The man was allegedly slammed to the ground, and was accosted with racial obscenities, the attacker called him a "f***king immigrant," insulted Islam, used the n-word and threatened to kill him. He suffered a laceration to his right eye and pavement burns.  Violent Islamophobia has continued to be on the rise, and so has the rise of hatred directed towards immigrants across the province of Alberta.  We cannot stand by and have instances like this occur on a regular basis, all levels of government must condemn this incident and commit to taking action, as well as changing the current racist discourse around immigration.  We will be in contact with the victim and local authorities.

They let millions of non-citizens into the country (record, unsustainable numbers) without a way to track if they would leave. Many of those non-citizens' permits are now expired. Still no way to track exits. And they're still issuing hundreds of thousands of new permits.

@Havf8thinu Most of their policies are also pro US and anti China coz they want Canada to stay under US influence so Canada has to stay pro Israel. If we want Canada to stand up for what's right, we need to reduce US influence as well.

🚨 To the Canadians hell bent on supporting Pierre Poilievre and Melissa lanstman, Honest question: who are they most loyal to Canada or Israel? Pierre met with Chaim Silberstein, a far-right developer of property in occupied East Jerusalem who has insisted that settlers aka squatters, should be free to “shoot to kill” rock-wielding Palestinians mostly kids. Poilievre said: “I repeat clearly and unambiguously: Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, and when I am elected prime minister of Canada, I will ensure that our embassy is relocated from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.” ricochet.media/justice/far-ri…

@liberalforever5 @JustinFarout @CTVNews No, I came here legally using the rules and the laws in place. And have respected and operated within the laws of this society. That's more than I can say how your forefathers operated when they showed up here or to my homeland many generations ago.

Below is a textbook definition of mob justice: It doesn’t matter what the law or facts say. What matters is who’s louder and noisier. A similar list saying it’s NOT genocide can be drafted of a few dozen organizations. But Cory lives in an echo chamber.

@Notwithsitting @CoryBMorgan @CTVNews Also illegal organ trade globally is less than $3bn estimate, where is the $9bn figure just for the middle east coming from? How many organs do you think a population set of 500million needs at a time? The math isn't mathing

@Notwithsitting @CoryBMorgan @CTVNews Okay so there is an illegal organ trade into the region. Do you know that happens all over the world. What proof do you have that the Chinese govt is involved? There is human trafficking and illegal organ trade in North America, does that mean the Canadian and US govt is involved

Its amazing to me that people such as yourself will argue to be in our countries. Not only do you think you are superior and doing us a favor, but then demand access to us. Why not your homeland? Sounds like it would be better no? Why not build your homeland up? And why the obsession with having access to white people? Why argue why you should be in our countries? It should be embarrassing to you to be arguing for it. Its like knocking on a random door and then arguing with the homeowner about coming in. Then you start making a case of why you should be allowed in their home, and how their home will fall apart without you. Its like a really pushy, parasitic, sociopathic behavior.

@EBluemountain1 @elephballerina I mentioned developed countries and your example of one was the US. The one developed country out of 33 that can't even provide its citizens healthcare and has a very high rate of private prisons. And they support your apartheid. And the rest don't count as developed yet.
