Imagine you bought Ford Motors. Then you told everyone Henry Ford was a piece of sh*t and so was his Model T, but you build better cars (even though they look terrible and are missing parts.) Then you publicly celebrate his birthday and thank him for his legacy. Right.

My ideal world is one without NATO.

#BREAKING Last year, my videographer was publicly arrested at the Walk with Israel. The charges stemmed from an incident at Liberal MP Iqra Khalid’s campaign launch nearly two months earlier. Peel Police went on a wild goose chase to hunt down my videographer, even harassing one of my clients across the country based on false information from a former Heritage Front member. At no point was my videographer asked to turn himself in. Instead, Peel Police arrested him during the Walk with Israel in front of an audience. Had the officers remained at their assigned post, attendees might have been better protected from the later “gauntlet of hate,” when anti-Israel demonstrators lined both sides of the route, shouting offensive and antisemitic remarks. My videographer continued documenting protests with this case hanging over his head, despite endless taunts and smears. After five days of trial, the verdict is finally in: ✅ NOT GUILTY of assault ✅ NOT GUILTY of criminal harassment Thank you to defence lawyer Sherif Foda and his team for their zealous advocacy. Evolution. "Morals" are not ultimate, but are very useful and widely shared by humans. These come from several million years of the development of empathy, logic, and prey drive among humans in a ruthlessly competitive environment. I would not rape a "tribeswoman," simply put, because I do not want to.

In the last 24h over 1964 wildfires has been been confirmed in Spain. More land area has burnt so far in 2026 than the last decade + some. And it’s not even August. Spain has declared a state of emergency. The world is burning, from Canada to Sciciliy it’s all in flames. slowly at first then suddenly all at once.

This attitude, together with the declining attachment to Canada amongst Gen Z, is partly the result of shredding Canadian history and civics in our school curricula. How many of these young people who prefer a strong-man republic could write a paragraph accurately describing our constitutional monarchy rooted in the Westminster Parliamentary tradition? How many of them have been taught the fascinating story of the organic development of Parliamentary government over eight centuries? How many of them have been taught to be proud of having inherited one of the most stable, democratic systems of government in the world? A system that created the concept of the rule of law through the Magna Carta, the Common Law, habeas corpus, trial by jury, religious liberty, the abolition of slavery, etc.. How many of them have been taught anything memorable about the fight for responsible government in Canada, and how it is embodied in our Parliamentary institutions? Or the division of powers in our federal system? How many of them know that Canada is the fourth oldest continuous democratic state on Earth? Not only have they been denied this basic civic literacy that is a requisite for responsible citizenship, but they have been denied access to the poetry of patriotism: the old stories and heroes (including ordinary heroes like the voyageurs and pioneers,) that formed and transmitted pride in Canada for generations. Instead they are more likely to have been taught that Canada is a genocidal white settler society built on stolen land; that our British and French roots and institutions are the regrettable vestiges of Eurocentric colonialism; that our founders were nasty racists; and that we continue to be characterized by systemic racism. So is it any wonder that rather than embracing the customs and institutions that made Canada one of the most successful nations on Earth, the emerging generation prefers a strongman? This is the rotten fruit of the Canadian educational establishment having been dominated by Gramscians pumped out by OISE and adjacent institutions for decades.
